Does GadAAC work without an account and offline?
Yes. Basic communication — the PECS symbol board, text-to-speech, search, themes, card sizes, the clock, stopwatch and timer, the mood check-in, and local sentence history — works free of charge and offline. A free account adds settings sync across devices and custom tiles.
What is free, and what requires the Premium subscription?
All basic communication features stay free, and — once you create an account — so do custom tiles and settings sync. The GadAAC Premium subscription unlocks advanced features: AI mode, Photo AAC, day plans with weekly templates, and First/Then sequences.
How does the 14-day trial work?
New subscribers get 14 days of Premium for free. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts into a paid subscription of the selected plan (monthly at PLN 20/month or the cheaper yearly plan; prices in other regions are shown on the purchase screen). Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
How do I cancel the subscription?
- iPhone / iPad:Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Android:the Google Play app → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Website: in your account settings at app.gadaac.com or by writing to kontakt@gadaac.com.
After cancelling, you keep access to Premium until the end of the paid period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the stores under their policies. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google: under the Google Play refund policy. For purchases made through the website, write to kontakt@gadaac.com.
How do I add a custom tile with a photo?
Once signed in, you can create a custom tile and add a photo from your photo library. Photos are uploaded exclusively to your account and are not shared publicly.
How do I delete my account and my data?
Write to kontakt@gadaac.com and we will delete your account along with your data. Details about how we process data are in the Privacy Policy.
